Android Push Notifications

To setup Android push notifications, you will have to create a project on Google Console. You will need a Google developer account for this, which you can get here.

  1. First, go to https://cloud.google.com/console, and click "Create Project."
  2. Copy the Project Number at the top of the page, you will need to add this to your Reactor account.
  3. On the left, click on APIs & auth, then click APIs. Scroll down to Google Cloud Messaging, and click the button that says "off" to turn it on.

  4. Next, click Credentials on the left, and create a new key. Choose Server key, then click create (leave any other fields blank).

  5. Copy the API key that you just created, you will add that to Reactor.

  6. Go to your Reactor account, and paste the Project Number and API key in Apps->Your App->Push Notifications tab->Configure Android.

Please watch this video if you are having trouble.

All you need is the Project Number and API key, please ignore everything else! (this video will be replaced soon).
